Honey Care To Take A Dip
1 pt (16 oz.) low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbst. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Assorted fruits for dipping such as sliced apples, pears and strawberries.

Combine yogurt in a small bowl with honey, orange juice and orange peel; mix well. Serve with sliced fruit.


Honey-Peanut Butter Granola Bars
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
4 cups granola mix

In a 4-cup microwave safe container, cook honey at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until honey boils. Stir in peanut butter; mix until thoroughly blended.
Place granola in large bowl. Pour honey mixture over granola and combine thoroughly. Press firmly into a 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Let stand until firm. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.


Mix 2 Tbsp. each honey and dried fruit bits into 1/3 cup of cream cheese. Keep on hand to spread on bagels and toast.
Mix equal parts honey and peanut butter. Use as a quick sandwich filling or celery topper.
Mix 2 Tbsp. honey with 1/4 cup each nonfat yogurt and applesauce. Add 1/4 cup orange juice and stir for a power shake without the blender.
